When will my order Ship?

All orders are shipped Monday-Wednesday.

Order processing is 2-3 business days and orders will typically take 1-3 days to arrive at their destination depending on where you are once shipped. 

Orders are shipped via UPS & USPS and occasionally can take longer due to common issues.

If there are any issues with your shipping order you must contact the selected carrier.

When will my pick up order be ready?

All orders are ready for pick up on Wednesday.

You will receive 2 text messages, 1st stating your order as been confirmed and the 2nd when your is completed and when you are allowed to pick it up.

Pick Up times are usually Wednesday - Friday 5:30pm - 7:30pm. These times are subject to change based on availability. If these times need to change for any reason you will receive a text message to arrange a time that works for us both.

How do I place custom cake/treat order?

You can reach out via the contact us page or by phone (337) 202-0121. Please be sure to include as much information as possible regarding what you would like and the date you need it for. I will respond within 24 hours.
